Kingle shoes go through a long and complex manufacturing process before they are ready to wear, and the steps involved in the manufacturing process depend on the style of shoes that will be produced in addition to the logistical and personal capabilities of the makers. For many years, the shoe makers in our company have enjoyed a wealth of knowledge, craftsmanship and mastery that made them a reliable partner Experienced in the field.
Now we will review with you a set of steps that the kingle goes through
Step 1: Measurements and Style Selection
Taking this step is the most important stage in the manufacturing process, as it is the bedrock of the product.
There are international approved sizes used in the manufacture of men's shoes, which are wooden molds in the form of shoes called LAST, which is the material base for how the shoe is made, after which the final design is drawn for the pattern required by the painter and transferred to the cutting section.
Step 2: cut out the pattern and drill
In this step, the person responsible for cutting, called the cutter, assumes the responsibility. After obtaining the required size and pattern, he transforms it into inscriptions and drawings on different pieces of paper called the patch, the cap, the tongue, the quarters ...., then he works to cut the skin based on the drawings and lies Cutter skill through his ability to select the perfect leather to use to create the upper part of the shoe.
Step 3: sew and assemble the shoe
After finishing the leather trim, the cutter gives the last leather, engravings, and cut to the person named Closer. He is responsible for stitching the leather pieces together to form the final upper parts of the desired pattern. At this point, Closer assembles the linings, the trim and any decorations needed by the shoe, using yarn and adhesives and, after assembling them, pulls the upper over the LAST template to ensure the correct shape.
Step 4: Tying
At this stage, the shoes will move to the master craftsmen section, during which supports and the formation of the sole will be added to the bottom of the LAST mold, in addition to attaching the sole to the upper part, and this process is done using nails, hot glue and some other materials, and once the upper part of the shoe becomes perfect , Fabricators sew the stents to the sole.
Step 5: dye retouching and polishing
At this stage, the Finisher removes small defects from the shoe, polishes it, adds a set of dyes and colors, and turns the shoe into a finished product before examining it, trying it, packing it and shipping it to the customer.
These stages are interspersed with simple steps that add more strength and durability to the shoes, in addition to simple touches made by our makers that add more beauty and craftsmanship to our products, which will be detailed in a later article.
